In my experience as a trauma practitioner,


I’ve noticed that when people attempt to heal too much at once, they tend to feel overwhelmed, which only mimics the same felt experience as their trauma.

The healing principle of titration, just doing a little bit at a time, is one of the most beneficial (but often overlooked) concepts in both my personal and professional experience of trauma healing.
